- TWThe Review Whisperer.1 day ago2.0Had to pick up three 2 by 6 treated boards for a deck. Lumber was pretty nice but as usual I got a guy waiting on me that couldn’t even pick out the right size! So sick of Lowe’s hiring people that have no clue what they’re doing. Not only that but I had to help the guy cut the boards! Kidding me? Then no help getting these 14 ft boards into my vehicle. Lowe’s went downhill a lot. Going to start using Home Depot instead!
- RRRCRApr 1, 20261.0Do you self a favor, don’t shop here. Shop online instead at the store and go pick it up. It’s cheaper. They will not honor their own online price. Then change the price online as you’re standing there. The mushroom compost I bought was off a top shelf with no price sticker on the pallet. I asked a gentleman for help and he said it was $5.48 I said I needed 40. He wrote down the upc and said use this at check out. I looked up the upc walking up to the checkout and it’s $4.48 a bag. I just figured he mispoke and it would ring up correctly at check out. It didn’t, I questioned it and he said the price online is different than the price in the store. “That’s why it pays to shop online” I said ummmmmm you what a big sign right here and pointed and said it says there you pice match and won’t be under sold by anyone. He said the exclusion is themselves. They won’t honor their own prices. I said whatever as I needed the product and left. As a Lowes reward member and credit card holder for over 10 years this will be the last purchase I make at Lowes. That whole retail/online price situation at the same store is ridiculous. Now when I go online to look at it once I got home the price shows $5.48 instead of $4.48 like it did 40 min ago. Good thing I took a screenshot so I didn’t think I was going nuts. Normal of the story don’t shop here. If you need anything shop online first as it will be more expensive in there store front vs their online store at the same location.

Danny is the best of the best. Ashlyn, Fritz, Liz, Mark, Matt, EVERYONE!!! is top notch, and super friendly. Like the kind of friendly you'd like to see at the holiday dinners. So grateful to be a part of such a strong team. I have to acknowledge, and recognize these people because without them, I wouldn't be who I am becoming day after day. Thank y'all for making me feel recognized, and appreciated!

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
