  Very happy with the service and attention I receive while shopping for and purchasing a new hot tub. Jacob was well informed, knowledgeable and accommodating to my every question and concern Jacob arranged for all the logistical issues to dispose of the old tub and delivery and setup off the new unit. I appreciate a hassle free transaction and recommend anyone who asks that Pool city is the place to go
