- ECErin CassidyMar 9, 20261.0Horrible customer service. and the same day delivery is a joke. If you call the store, whoever answers could care less what your issue is. Worst Lowes Ive ever dealt with. After reading all the reviews im wondering why corporate hasnt done anything about management and employees here. Clearly this place is known for RUDE treatment by lowes employees and utter disregard for customers. It truly is wild just how bad this place is. Corporate needs to step in here.
- MHMatt HarmeningFeb 24, 20261.0I normally shop at the Greensburg Lowes. I recentley purchased a Dewalt Oscillating Tool Kit on 2/3/26 that goes for around $200. It was on sale for $99. When I opened the box, two weeks later for a project i wanted to work on, the tool did not work. I went back to Lowes on 2/24/26 to exchange and the sku number on the kit was no longer available and they would not honor the same sale price on the replacement kit. Customer service asked the manager to come to the front desk to override and he would not come to the desk, he told her over the walkie that he can't change the price and I left with NO tool. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
