    Will seriously never shop here again. FYI you can't use an old bill in the self checkouts. Told me to go to customer service for a new bill, only for the lady there to yell at me for what I was told, then have to stand there for 15 minutes while the 3 dumbest people in the world try and get my money out of the machine, while cracking a joke every 2 minutes about I can just leave my money for them. Never will I walk in here again!

    Plenty of parking in a free parking lot, a vast variety of productd on stocked shelves. Fair prices and knowledgeable staff who are friendly and efficient. If you need it, Lowe's has it. Order them online and pick up in the store is a great way to save time as well. Ample wide isles, and ADA compliant entrances and parking spaces.

    Their delivery drivers don't know how to use GPS and then when they show up at the wrong house, claim your not home and schedule a delivery for a random new date. Update: The lowes store manager Craig is useless and provides no help . Would reduce to zero stars if possible.

    My experiences at Lowe’s home improvement store have always been filled with a lack of customer service. However, I’ve always purchased from them due to their selections. Not a week goes by that I’m not in a Lowe’s home improvement store purchasing something for my house, my mother’s house, or some project that I’m working on. In fact, most recently Lowe’s installed $5500 worth of Lowe’s carpeting in a home I’ve been fixing up. Today I went to Lowe’s to return a small can of stain for $8.48. The customer service rep told me that they are no longer take returns back greater than 90 days, not even for a store credit. Obviously the frustration that I have as a nameless customer and a policy change will affect my future purchases at this company. The opportunity to shop elsewhere with the same customer service but a better return policy is numerous (HOME DEPOT). Poor Customer Service and high prices don’t equal happy customers and a profitable business. P.S. The carpet installers that came to install my recent carpet project from Lowe’s were without all the parts on my Lowe’s quote. I contacted Lowe’s customer service 30 days ago and have yet to hear from them. I had to go out and get the additional transition strip at my cost in order for them to finish the job correctly that I had previously paid Lowe’s for.
