    My experiences at Lowe’s home improvement store have always been filled with a lack of customer service. However, I’ve always purchased from them due to their selections. Not a week goes by that I’m not in a Lowe’s home improvement store purchasing something for my house, my mother’s house, or some project that I’m working on. In fact, most recently Lowe’s installed $5500 worth of Lowe’s carpeting in a home I’ve been fixing up. Today I went to Lowe’s to return a small can of stain for $8.48. The customer service rep told me that they are no longer take returns back greater than 90 days, not even for a store credit. Obviously the frustration that I have as a nameless customer and a policy change will affect my future purchases at this company. The opportunity to shop elsewhere with the same customer service but a better return policy is numerous (HOME DEPOT). Poor Customer Service and high prices don’t equal happy customers and a profitable business. P.S. The carpet installers that came to install my recent carpet project from Lowe’s were without all the parts on my Lowe’s quote. I contacted Lowe’s customer service 30 days ago and have yet to hear from them. I had to go out and get the additional transition strip at my cost in order for them to finish the job correctly that I had previously paid Lowe’s for.

    Would rate less than one star if I could. I am a gold key rewards member and spend tens of thousands with Lowe’s a year. I purchased a Halloween animatronic for a family member for their birthday, which is a week or so after Halloween. It did not work immediately out of the box, garbage. The employees at the Greensburg Lowe’s basically told me to kick rocks, then smiled and chuckled to themselves about it. I am really frustrated especially given that I chatted with someone online through Lowe’s about replacement parts and they told me my only option was to return it. Thanks for ruining a birthday!

    I'm a person with ADD and ADHD , and I don't like contact with others unless I've authorized it. This person at the register jumped in to ring me up without me asking for help. I'm a regular Lowe's customer, and this is the first time this has happened to me. Please control your employees; I spend a lot of money at these stores, and I don't want them making my life difficult.

    Tried to order insulation board and the website would not give standard delivery options! Called multiple stores and kept getting hung up on after waiting 5 minutes on each call. Talked to 1 person who did not know why the delivery options weren't available and another that was supposed to transfer me, but then I got hung up on again! This shouldn't be this difficult!!!

    Purchased dishwashing supplies and rodent control devices. Plan to return to purchase window blinds. Failed to find stair treads, fake wasp nests. The staff were helpful.
