  Lynn and Dan were great. They removed my old appliances and installed the new appliances without a hitch. Were very informative. Luckily everything fit like a charm. Did a great job making sure everything was connected. We just need to figure out the new technology as opposed to our 20 year old year old technology. Would definitely recommend Cabin Hill for your appliance needs.

  Michael and Owen installed our new Speed Queen washer and dryer. They were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable in their tasks. After setup, they test ran both machines to confirm quality of product and installation. They did a step-by-step walk through of the cycle settings and were able to answer any questions I had with regard to the machines. Their work was much appreciated! Thanks

  Lynn and Dan did an excellent job on the installation of our new GE all in one washer/dryer unit. They were friendly and professional throughout the process. This was a challenging delivery to our second floor and up 16 steps. They were very careful. I would highly recommend them both. Thank you for making this a very easy process for us.

  Just had my Speed Queen washer delivered by Michael and Owen, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They were courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through all the settings and made sure I felt confident using my new machine. We even picked up a great tip—Lestoil works perfectly for removing the sticky residue left by the energy-saving sticker! I’m excited to run my first load—no more issues with my old Maytag. If you’re looking for quality products and excellent service from start to finish, I highly recommend Cabin Hill. Robin was also fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes, and she really sold me on Speed Queen by explaining the durability and quality of their machines.

  Today I had bad and amazing fortune. The bad was my freezer was chilling to -35. The control probably glitched because of one of the several power outages or surges we’ve had in Hempfield. The electronic controls wouldn’t accept commands to reset and instead inadvertently turned off and wouldn't restart. In panic mode, my bad fortune turned 180 degrees when I called Cabin Hill appliances and spoke to Brent. He was calm, professional, confident and straight forward. Although I wasn’t sure his recommendation would work, I gave it a try. It was the perfect fix. My freezer fired up and is now working like brand new. I can’t thank Brent enough for saving the contents of my freezer. And because of how I was treated, (even if it hadn’t worked, he took the time to make the recommendation), and because of the outstanding customer service I received, (a rarity these days) Cabin Hill will be my go-to for all appliances going forward…. Thank you again Brent for the fantastic job! I hope Cabin Hill knows what a fantastic asset they have in you! SJM
