    Flow Bath and Kitchen is a beautiful store. I have purchased and used their products in my interior design projects many times. My clients are always happy with the choices. The staff is knowledgable and they have an amazing range of options and styles. It is a treat to stop in and see what is new and trending in the market.

    Rachel took a really bad experience of a series of unfortunate events (with a misplaced order that a designer we used placed) and made it a bit better through pretty good customer service. The faucets are beautiful and really nice quality, which we really desired for the master. That said, they were a bit overpriced. We are hoping the bath redo will really be reflected in our home appraisal this week. We had 5 other baths to redo, and used amazon, overstock and wayfair. We are just as satisfied with the quality of those faucets. The designers mistake resulted in ~16 week delay and losses due to having to reschedule a plumber numerous times so we are glad Rachel did her best to make it right and help us get our master bath fully installed.
