  I got this 4 piece sectional, 2 of them recliners, on a “sale.” At 35% off, I still paid 7k!!! For that price, they should’ve set it up for me, but no, 6 hours later and almost a broken foot, I finally got it all together. Now, several months later, my recliner isn’t working. Do not believe the hype about Lovesacs! They are not at all worth the money! They make it look easy but it’s not! My cat brought a mouse in the house and, of course, it ran right under the sofa. The time and energy it took me and my son to find and capture the thing was ridiculous! If we had a normal couch, it would’ve been a lot faster and easier.

  One of the worst transactions I’ve ever made. I’ve been waiting 9 weeks for a custom cover to come in for a City Sac I ordered in September. The insert was randomly sent 4 weeks ago. It’s now December, no clue when it will be here and the customer service team is non existent. On top of this, the same sac and cover I purchased was discounted an additional $200. Keep this in mind when you buy from here is a bean bag worth $700… absolutely not. This company will not be in business in 5 years.

  Service in the store was amazing. Many customers were coming back in for more of their products. We love the idea of being able to order more parts for this totally modular system when you need it. You can take all the covers off and wash. Even non cushion parts! The entire sofa can have a new make over by ordering covers. It’s well made! We ordered light cream, thinking what’s there to be afraid of now? Delivery was very good and prompt. There was a heads up so we knew to be home for the delivery. Good thing because it came in like 30 boxes and we spend a long time unpacking, pulling components out, and covering the pieces. It took at least 5 hours for a ten piece sofa. It was worth it, and we can see it’s easy for one person to do it all as well. This system is much better made than searching at discount furniture stores. If you wait for a sale, they have free financing for 12 months. If not on sale 24 months. Totally do-able for your first sofa or second or kids room. There was a slight deviation in some of the material when it (some of the cushion material looked different but they said if it’s not right they would take the material back and send new ). I can post a follow up if we are going to return it. Based on our experience so far, I will convince my other daughter to buy her next also! If they could do a 3-5 year financing I’d bet they get a lot more sales.

  The buying experience was amazing. Shelbi was a friendly, informative and trustworthy salesperson. The showroom and demos sold itself. Amazing brand and product. Delivered within a week which is impressive these days. Cant wait to put it together.
