    Would recommend not utilizing lowes for any Window projects. Required payment in full prior to installation. The installation took over a year with horrible communication from the installation team. Several mis orders, showing at house w/o any notification. I do not typically comment on reviews. I tried multiple times to work with them and it has been an exhaustive and frustrating process.

    Employees are fine, always understaffed. For the sake of everyone, get the displays and junk out of the isles. Two people can barely pass with a cart let alone a wood cart. You now can notnwalk in a straight line in the front isle because of displays. The register space is abysmal, I now go down to home depot whos isles are mostly clear and the main isle at the front and back of the store is entirely clear of displays. Lowes does not need to sell clothing at the front of their store. It is a home improvement store, not Walmart or tractor supply. Get your employee's help, they are always understaffed and overwhelmed.

    I very recently purchased a Whirlpool Dishwasher from Lowe’s in Gibsonia, PA. After the purchase I went back to the store to inquire about a Black Friday Rebate on the $162. installation cost that I had seen advertised on their signage and realized I had purchased it during the required dates. I had the pleasure of meeting OMAR in the appliance dept., the stores assistant manager! He went above and beyond and applied for the “installation rebate” for me on the appliance departments computer, which was a somewhat lengthy process ! Thank you OMAR for taking the time out of your busy day to help out a customer!!!!! You’re the best and a definite asset to the Gibsonia store !❤️ I also would like to give a shout out to Cameron, ( said he installs dishwashers and microwaves), the installer from ByTor, a company Lowes uses for installation, he was outstanding in all aspects, spent hours doing my install, due to running into some problems running the hose through the wood cabinetry and around a bend ! Very knowledgeable and efficient! A very good experience overall for us !!! ❤️

    I've been treated with nothing but kindness from the staff at this location-up until today. Beth Ann was beyond rude to me at the customer service desk to the point I was actually dumbfounded. I went to return an unopened can of paint and she asked me why. I told her I didn't need it, and then she told me she needed a reason. I repeated my answer and added that I only ended up needing one can to complete my project, not two. Then Beth Ann told me they don't accept returns on paint. I told her yes they do, it's on their website. She told me the Robinson store doesn't accept returns on paint. Well, this is the Gibsonia store so I don't care what Robinson does. I told her it's company policy, and then she told me that that policy will be changing. I told her that customers have 30 days to return paint, to which she replied "You're dangerously close to that 30 day mark". I told her no I wasn't, that I purchased the paint last Sunday, which was only 6 days ago. She eventually accepted the return. So for one, this woman works in the returns department at Lowe's and doesn't even know her company return policies. Problem 2 is that she had the audacity to argue back and forth over a $15 can of unopened paint that doesn't affect her in any capacity. I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars on this store renovating my house since 2018-not to mention Lowe's is big on honoring military veterans. Lowe's-do better and don't employ people like Beth Ann who disrespect your loyal customers.
