The best advice I got was when my inground pool walls turned brown. No one else could help me. One pool company wanted me to empty pool and they would blast the pool and refill. The pool was only open for a year. LESLIE'S Pools asked what cause the staining, it was my neighbor pine tree that had fallen into my pool over the winter. Getting the tree out is a long story. LESLIE'S told me to try vitamin C. I used a tablet on the wall and it worked. LESLIE'S sell ground up vitamin C (stain remover). I went back the next day and bought the stain remover. No more brown stain. They save me $$. I have used them ever since.

Five days later, I called asking if the gasket came in yet and they told me it would be another week. When I asked if there was a substitute that I could use because the pool water was stagnating because it couldn't be filtered, they put me on hold....and never picked back up. Shame on me for not asking up front how long it would take to get the part in, shame on them for not being honest upfront and steering me to another store, and then double shame for putting me on hold assuming that would get rid of me. Keep away from this Leslie's!!!!
