After purchasing a dining set & office furniture for over $5000, duplicate delivery charges were applied. The company acknowledged the error and confirmed a refund, but the credit has still not been posted after several weeks and multiple follow-ups. The table also developed veneer damage within the first few months of delivery. This issue was reported in writing, but it has still not been properly addressed, and a service fee was suggested just to inspect what appears to be a manufacturing defect. Multiple attempts to resolve these issues, including store visits and formal complaints, have not resulted in timely resolution. The overall lack of communication and accountability has been very frustrating.
