I needed an accent chair for my family room preferably one that swivels. Chris pointed out chairs that fit my request and then left me alone to look at the chairs and try them out. After browsing, I approached Chris with some questions and showed him pictures of my room. He offered suggestions and showed me a few other types of chairs to consider and even some fabric options. He also involved Abbie who has a degree in design! . Chris was knowledgeable and friendly, and he listened and responded to my questions, concerns, and ideas. An overall pleasant and productive experience.

The salesperson should have known that the furniture design dimensions and made us aware of that issue. Will never buy LaZBoy in the future. We have to dispose of furniture and buy more comfortable seating.

They have beautiful furniture sets, and home decor. The store is really clean and laid out nicely and the sales rep was very friendly impatient even with my small children, acting like maniacs in the store. She helped assist me with some custom colors and we wrapped up all the paperwork pretty quickly and I was able to get a good sale that was running that weekend.
