  On the plus side, they are informative and respond to your calls fairly quickly, which means communication isn't the problem. The problem is that when I pay $5400 for treatment, I'm not paying to stay informed. I'm paying for results, which they did not deliver. Take notice of a few things: once they do their final treatment, they quickly push for you to do a review. That's because they want to be evaluated on the current state of your home, rather than the long term results. They get shorter with their responses with each subsequent sighting of a bed bug in your home. They'll tell you their final "Apprehend" method takes time and to be patient. Of course by the time you realize the pests are back, they'll say its too late, that the window is closed and I need to pay for another treatment, all the while changing their tone from polite and professional to condescending and rude. I was told to "act like an adult and take responsibility". I told him "thanks for nothing", his reply was "same to you". So apparently $5400 was nothing to them. The "Lifetime Guarantee" on their page doesn't apply to most people and the 6 months guarantee (from their first visit and not their last) you will most likely get is simply not enough time. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere and I only wish I had done the same.

  Recently had the unfortunate need to have the house treated for fleas. I reached out to the company on a Sunday and had an appointment for the next day. He completely treated the home and we have not had a problem at all. He was efficient, fast and made sure to take care in treating the home since we have small children and fish. I would definitely recommend!

  Andreas was awesome to work with — super communicative, knowledgeable, and patient. I was really anxious about having bed bugs, but he immediately put my mind at ease. He was organized, clear about what to expect, and gave easy-to-follow prep directions. I especially loved that they specialize just in bed bug extermination! After the heat treatment, I finally felt comfortable in my home again. No hesitation at all in recommending them!

  I just don’t know where to begin. This company is absolutely amazing. I didn’t feel like I was speaking to a professional company rather just someone who genuinely wanted to everything he could do to remediate the problem. Not to mention the emotional trauma that comes with this situation. My experience was that they couldn’t do enough to put my mind at ease make me feel that I was in the best hands at every step of the process. This gentleman is absolutely amazing. A perfect accommodation was made to meet every one of my needs both from a personal and a professional level. I would never go to anyone else for my services ever again … but hopefully I won’t need these kind of services again. It was traumatic, but what I wanna say is don’t panic it it can be solved and will be solved and if you are in a situation where you need this particular service by all means to not go to anyone else they do not care they just want to take your money they their hearts are clearly not in it. I love this company and I will sing the gospel about them forever in a day thank you for everything. You are the best.
