  NO CLEANING DONE AT ALL. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. My tenants paid Peterson's around $300 when they moved out to do a complete cleaning of the apartment. When I went in and closely examined the place after they left, NOTHING had been cleaned. The floors had not been cleaned, the rugs were not vacuumed, the fronts of the kitchen cabinets still had food residue on them, the tops of the baseboards had not been dusted. It took five hours to get the place cleaned to where it needed to be for the new tenants.

  The owner does not care about your business. Do your self a favor and find another company. Horrible service.

  Some of the crews are lazy. If you are not satisfied be sure to contact management asap.

  I live in a building they supposedly clean and do trash. When they supposedly take out the trash much of it is left in the trash room or it’s scattered on the hallway floor for the elderly and handicapped to fall on.
