I was given 3 keys for my unit; you only pay a fee for a replacement key if you lose/misplace them and they’ll replace the lock for no extra charge pretty quickly, great perk. I also like that there’s always someone in the office during business hours and they verify who enters by calling. There’s also moving materials on hand to buy in the office. You can drive in with a car or moving truck, I was told 26’ trucks aren’t allowed and they have mattress carts. I’d recommend getting their app as well.
