As a former associate of this Lowe's I have never been more disappointed with the customer service. I asked for assistance with key cutting. Before trying to walk up to an employee, he looked at me and sped walked away. Then I asked another guy with a military vest. He had white curly hair, glasses, kind of short, and he was an older gentleman. He gave me attitude when I asked for him to assist me in cutting a key. He said "You can page an associate" and proceeded to walk away. I know how those zebra phones work and I'm sure that it can page someone because I have personally used one. I am beyond frustrated. Joey eventually helped me, and I appreciate his service because apparently nobody else can do their job.
