Sadly, I would now HIGHLY RECOMMEND either going to the Home Depot or a local hardware store if you value your privacy at all. The Lowe's recently installed AI cameras that track your every move and catalog it, keeping records of every time you come to the Lowe's or even drive by it and building a profile of you from this information that can predict your movements and habits. This data about your habits, travel, and the make, model, and details about your vehicle is owned by a private company that has no public accountability, and the information can be accessed without a warrant. There have already been multiple cases of people using them to stalk and track others - for example, a man was arrested for using the data from the cameras to stalk his ex-girlfriend in Kansas last year. It is an INCREDIBLE invasion of privacy, I can't believe the store thought it was a good idea to install these.

We call and find out that they have to reschedule for that Wednesday. We call Wednesday to confirm and they inform us that they have to reschedule, again, for that Saturday! When asked what can be done to compensate us for the inconvenience we're told to call AFTER we receive the delivery and maybe someone can do something. Very unhappy.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
