Poor service to the customer,
My son and I ordered a table from this location and had a horrible experience with two of the team members. (The store manager Rayanne and Kylie.) I waited patiently for my delivery thru the delivery window as expected, but once it passed the time frame I gave the store a call to get an update on my furniture. When I called I was told that my furniture was next in the delivery queue (myself and My son was a witness) and hung up on me before I could ask anything else. As I continued to wait, hours went by and still no furniture. (@ least 2 more hours or more) I called a second time and asked if there was update with the delivery. The associate placed me on hold and came back and told me to tell me that “we have you on for tomorrows delivery, it’s Halloween there’s no one here now but me”. I understand not having the workforce to finish a job but the store took no ownership or even the respect to call me as a customer to let me know that they wouldn’t be able to deliver today and would have to deliver the next day. I could totally understand that but when my son called back there was no ownership from the team. In fact as we demanded they take ownership and vented our frustrations they hung up on us. Come to find out the only person working earlier was the store manager named Rayanne (according to Kylie ) which made the entire scenario even worse. At the very least the store manager could have owned the mistake and corrected issue but she didn’t & she won’t take any ownership, nor apologize, instead she threatened to cancel my order but not own her mistake or address the training opportunity with her rude staff.
The entire problem could have been corrected with just a little ownership. As a business owner we should have values around the way we protect our brand, our customers, and associate performance. It starts with the leader. This location is not representing Aaron’s well at all. I will continue to escalate my experience with the correct teams but I wanted to make sure the public was warned. Please use another location.

Bought a lot of items from this store.....always good until recently,new managers and owners....always misdirected payments,lost checks and very rude customer representatives. I am no longer gonna deal with this location.

Aaron’s provides a rental purchase agreement, lease purchase agreement, consumer rental purchase agreement, rent to own agreement, lease agreement with an option to purchase, or lease as applicable by state. It is not a loan, credit, or financing. While no credit history is required for Aaron’s different digital approval processes, we do obtain information from consumer reporting agencies in connection with your lease application.You will not own the leased merchandise or acquire ownership rights unless you make all your lease renewal payments or exercise an early purchase option. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
