First of all, after choosing a key with a price, they added on a "sustainability surcharge" of $1. I absolutely hate it when companies pull that kind of stuff. Just give me the price - don't find ways to add hidden fees and take more of my money deceptively. Then they wanted $3 to brush the finished key with a wire brush to remove the small metal debris. Every hardware store I've ever gotten a key from has brushed off the debris for free. Three dollars for that is ridiculous. So I got bits of metal stuck in my finger before I could get home and dig out my own metal brush. No way I'm paying $3 more to brush the key - which should be free.
