Mike in Electrical was very helpful. Usually can't find anyone to help you at a Lowes these days. We actually had two employees available to help.

Very rude and seemingly some incompetent employees. When I went to customer service with an issue, person said they don't do customer service and sent me back to the register that sent me to customer service.
When I requested a manager to make my complaints known, she said I was raising my voice, which I wasn't, and saying I wasn't treating the employee right, which was also a lie. If you make a valid complaint, this is the type of treatment you will receive.
I've encountered other customers that had similar treatment with this type of employee culture at this particular store.

I cringe every time I have to walk into this place. The people working there have no idea what they are doing. Customer service on the phone is horrible. They will leave you on hold for up to 20 minutes with no updates. They will take your personal information for your order, only to never Include it on the order, So when you call back there is no reference. The owner of this location must be on permanent vacation.
Update… I went to return empty water bottles, and the machine did not spit out a receipt showing how many bottles you returned (it did at one time, not anymore) so when the cashier was ringing me up, she was contradicting me about the amount of bottles I returned because she was not paying attention when I returned them. The fault is on management hiring incompetent people And doing nothing to improve. This is painfully obvious as you begin to tense in your neck, walking into this place, knowing you are going to add MORE stress to your life.
The owners sometimes reply to reviews saying “they are sorry”… but no one is buying their insincere Mea Culpa.

Visited this around noon on 1/16/26. While looking up an item to find what aisle it was in, I noticed it was cheaper at other Lowes locations in the area. I took it to the register and asked if they price matched. The woman who obviously didn't have any interest in my question sent me to customer service. The lady at customer service looked angry at the first sign of me approaching her desk. When I asked about price matching and started to raise the phone to show her. She said in a very nasty tone "we don't do that". Will be going to the other Lowes locations from now on where the customer service is more courteous and helpful. I do know the other locations I go to will price match.
