    I brought an online-purchased dishwasher to this Lowe’s location after being instructed by Lowe’s customer service to do so and given a case number. When I arrived, the store told me they could not look up the case number and would not process the return, despite the fact that I was following directions provided by Lowe’s themselves. The dishwasher had arrived appearing previously opened, yet I was sent back and forth between corporate customer service and this store with no one taking responsibility. The store refused to help and provided no solution, leaving me to deal with multiple calls, broken promises, and wasted time. I understand policies, but when a customer is given explicit instructions by Lowe’s and follows them, the store should not simply refuse assistance without escalation or ownership. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

    this place is a literal joke :) my partner and i bought a space heater to withstand the winter this year and make sure our pipes don’t freeze. which we bought around 2 or 3 weeks ago, and it broke this morning. how? no clue. it just wouldn’t turn on anymore no matter what we did. so of course, he called you guys to see if we could return and exchange the product after work despite not having our recipe (our luck, one of us tossed it yesterday) regardless if we could or not, we were still gonna buy a replacement. he spoke to a lady who had a big attitude for no reason and then said “ummm i’m not doing a return over the phone? we would need the product here.” when neither of us were asking to do it over the phone? we aren’t stupid? all we did was ask a simple question. we aren’t looking for money, we just want a heater that will work as it is literally in the negatives outside. that is no way to treat a customer who was being extremely nice and professional. i get it. everyone has bad days. maybe someone didn’t have their coffee. whatever the case is, doesn’t give anyone the right to treat a customer like that. let alone a customer who was being nice given the fact their heater broke within weeks. he’s a lot nicer than me, so that’s why i’m here writing this review. please tell your employees to fix their attitude and maybe take a training course on how to actually be good in customer service? thanks! i will definitely be avoiding this location from here on out after reading other reviews confirming your staff is rude.
