Went to customer service at Lowes for a refund and they said take it up with Minute Key, and that I shouldn't trust the machine because it always does that, get the key made by the Lowes person and it's also cheaper. Didn't get a paper receipt because the machine wants my personal info to market to me. So, stuck I guess. NEVER USE MINUTE KEY MACHINES!
