    Whenever I do an in store pickup, no one is ever at the register. Takes 20+ minutes for a quick pickup. When I go to ask people at the return section for help, their line is backed up with only 1 person at the register and no one else is willing to help because it’s not their department. Had a door delivery scheduled for today. Locked in a date a full month in advanced, confirmed it with them a few days ago and again yesterday through the app. This morning they cancel delivery and when I call they said the doors didn’t even come in yet. The store is clean and when you do eventually get help the people are friendly but I haven’t seen a store consistently have these type of problems, makes me not want to shop at Lowes anymore

    This place is run so terribly. We manage quite a few rentals and without fail they figure out a way to screw up our orders. This time was cutting an incorrect length for carpet, charging for a completely different length of carpet and making us wait over 30 minutes for someone to screw up that order. We asked the rep to cut it into the length we needed in part to make sure we got the right lengths and he refused and proceeded to cut the wrong total length. This along with constant issues related to materials delivery, customer service ect is why we will continue to do the majority of our purchasing at home depot and for any small stuff we get from lowes move our business to bethlehem location. Their pro desk number on the order receipt isn't even in service...what a joke, new management is needed at that store asap.

    Please tell your customer service staff that returns from other stores can be made, even if you do not carry that specific item in this store. I went here to return an item that was same day delivered to me by Lowe’s in Phillipsburg. I was told by 3 different employees (one being a manager) that this was not possible and that I need to go to Phillipsburg to make the return because it is not carried at the Lowe’s in Easton. This felt incorrect, so when I left the store I contacted 2 different chat agents with Lowe’s and was told by both that I am able to make this return at any Lowe’s, regardless of where the original purchase was made/shipped, etc. There wasn’t much of a resolution as I now need to make the trip out to Phillipsburg. But it would be great if this was communicated to your staff so that this isn’t an issue for anyone in the future. Additionally, I’ve given one star because I am generally never assisted by employees at this location with the correct info or any sense of urgency. For example, there is rarely an employee stationed at the paint counter. And instead of placing pickups in the lockers for customer convenience, I am waiting longer than needed for an employee to collect my items and check ID.
