They claimed it had been shipped and that I would finally receive my keys late, but on Saturday. I asked for a tracking number and they said they would email me the tracking number. Never received an email or a tracking number. They then claimed they were having trouble emailing me. Now I have the hassle of having to file a dispute with my bank and notifying ShopRite that I've been cheated by their kiosk. No keys, no voluntary refund and no honesty on their part. Buyer Beware.

We made it on time, he did not. I called to get an update, he said 15 minutes. We waited 30. He still wasn't there. In desperation, we had to break in a different way. Could we have done that initially, yes, but we were willing to pay to not break in. But, again, we have a dog locked inside and a kid locked out that needs to GO. I called him back to cancel and he was quite angry and expected me to pay the service fee since he was only 1 minute away. I looked up and down the road and didn't see anyone so, no, Sir. He didn't give me updates about weather or traffic. I had to call him. That's not professional.
