We made it on time, he did not. I called to get an update, he said 15 minutes. We waited 30. He still wasn't there. In desperation, we had to break in a different way. Could we have done that initially, yes, but we were willing to pay to not break in. But, again, we have a dog locked inside and a kid locked out that needs to GO. I called him back to cancel and he was quite angry and expected me to pay the service fee since he was only 1 minute away. I looked up and down the road and didn't see anyone so, no, Sir. He didn't give me updates about weather or traffic. I had to call him. That's not professional.
