Sorry the price went up. But the service has been great for keeping bugs (camel crickets, centipedes, etc) out of the basement.

From the beginning we didn’t love this company, but we didn’t want to pay a cancellation fee, so we stuck it out. Big mistake.
A few issues:
1. If you try to cancel or reschedule your treatment, about 90% of the time they will still show up at your house anyway. So… what was the point of calling?
2. They give little to no notice that they’re on the way. One minute you’re living your life, the next there’s a pest control truck in your driveway like a jump scare.
3. Most recent issue: we currently have a carpenter ant problem. I called to see if they could come spray and was told they don’t treat for carpenter ants. Totally fine… except that’s literally the reason I called. Again not their fault My husband set the account up, so honestly I have no idea what we originally signed up for. Since they couldn’t help with the problem we’re actually having, I asked if our contract was up. It was! Great. I asked to cancel immediately.
This somehow took 30 minutes.
First I was offered a discount (for a service that can’t solve the problem I called about). Then I had to explain multiple times why I wanted to cancel. Then they asked who I plan on using instead. Are we serious? 🤣
Also worth mentioning: they don’t treat for a lot of bugs that are pretty common in the Pocono area.
Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

While expensive, they have definitely eliminated my rodent and spider/ant issues in the house. I have not set a trap in two years.
