The Dubois location rarely has anything in stock and if you can find an employee who knows what they're talking about they'll tell you to just go online and order it. why have a physical location of that's your answer for everything?

Scott in the lawn mowers section tonight was extremely rude and unprofessional. I needed a new zero turn and I had questions about a toro I wanted to surprise my husband with and Scott thought it was funny to talk to me like I was a toddler. I know I’m a woman but I don’t need to be talked down to when I all I asked was a simple question. I asked another associate to speak with a manager but I got the reply that he was on lunch.
First of all Scott I’m not a sixty year old man working at a retail store and two treat women with respect that come into your store. Thank you, I’ll go to another store to by a lawn mower.
