They were friendly, professional and informative, explaining each step of the process. As it turned out, the leak we had was not from the chimney, but due to another issue. Lou gave an estimate for chimney repair (since that was also needed) but explained that it was not an emergency and did not pressure us to commit to the work. High marks for customer service and expertise!
