    walked in to pick out a kitchen faucet. i had previously used them for my 1/2 bath reno (and my wall mount sink depth was incorrect). i was emailed 3 options bc of a time crunch and picked one out. our contractor who has a wholesale account said to email for his pricing and hed place the order. steve told me basically to pay or have the door hit me on the way out. when our contractor called to then order it, they denied him. this ultimatum game ended up losing several customers. while i understand the sales process, i dont need games. do not recommend

    Renovating a master bathroom can be a stressful project, especially when it involves a complete demolition. When it came to selecting all the plumbing fixtures such as faucets, tub, toilet, towel warmer and a vanity, Nancy at GSI in Doylestown made the process easy and actually enjoyable. And for me, who is not a patient person, this is saying a lot. Nancy was very knowledgeable of her products and brands. Her recommendations were spot-on and addressed all of our needs and interests. She made the entire experience very pleasurable. My entire neighborhood is still talking about our renovated bathroom. Moving forward, she will get all of our business on all future projects. Thanks, Nancy!!!

    Huge letdown in service I placed a Delta bath shower trim. Maureen, the front desk sales lady, took the order after Delta advised which trim would fit best considering the valve was outdated. First quote was $400, final quote was $563 after conferring with Delta Rep. The parts arrive and a experienced plumber (in the business 40 years), installed the parts. One part, the bath spout, after 90 minutes of trying to install was found to be defective. I contacted the sales person, explained the situation and sent a photo. I was informed that a replacement would be received with the agreement that I would return the defective part. I explained that I was just billed by the plumber for 90 min of service on trying to install a defective product and would like management to call to discuss. No return call but the part was shipped within a week. When I returned the defective part, I explained about the additional time I was billed and that since I did not receive my plumber’s account discount, could I either be compensated for the additional time or refunded the plumber discount amount. Response: no on both fronts because my replacement order was expedited. I asked for the manager and suddenly the sales person became the manager!! Next time I’ll travel the extra 10 miles to Weinstein in Willow Grove. So disappointed since I ordered all my parts from this Grove location for 2 full baths within past 3 years…..
