This Lowe’s is the worst. Do not buy cabinets from them. Long story short I had damaged cabinets and the last one came in 4 months after ordering and that is because I pushed them to get it at my house earlier. I had no kitchen for about 4 months. They were supposed to contact me for how we could rectify situation. Never did but sent a letter to the credit card company saying they offered me 1,000 and I refused which never happened and they said I was going to sell the damaged cabinets which I never said. The corporate headquarters is just as bad. Stay away from this Lowe’s. Home Depot has given me such good service. I will never deal with Lowe’s again as they blatantly lied and actually put it in writing. This is January 2026 and I have been dealing with this situation since April 2025

I must share how impressed I am with the appliance department at Lowe’s Caln store. Kris, Andrew and John all went above and beyond any expectation I had. I felt as though I was dealing with an old time “Mom and Pop” store. A big THANK YOU!!!
