This place misslabel prices for items. I picked up a set of Craftsman drill bits assortment. It was labeled 8.98. I grabbed on employee to verify which she did positively said yes becaus it was an old black Friday deal. when I went to ring it out it rang for $29.95 so I grabed another employee to fix it and they acted like I was idiot. Meanwhile people have been buying this set expecting it to be 20 cheaper. I'm diag

This Lowe’s is the worst. Do not buy cabinets from them. Long story short I had damaged cabinets and the last one came in 4 months after ordering and that is because I pushed them to get it at my house earlier. I had no kitchen for about 4 months. They were supposed to contact me for how we could rectify situation. Never did but sent a letter to the credit card company saying they offered me 1,000 and I refused which never happened and they said I was going to sell the damaged cabinets which I never said. The corporate headquarters is just as bad. Stay away from this Lowe’s. Home Depot has given me such good service. I will never deal with Lowe’s again as they blatantly lied and actually put it in writing. This is January 2026 and I have been dealing with this situation since April 2025

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
