Long story short I had damaged cabinets and the last one came in 4 months after ordering and that is because I pushed them to get it at my house earlier. I had no kitchen for about 4 months. They were supposed to contact me for how we could rectify situation. Never did but sent a letter to the credit card company saying they offered me 1,000 and I refused which never happened and they said I was going to sell the damaged cabinets which I never said. The corporate headquarters is just as bad. Stay away from this Lowe’s. Home Depot has given me such good service. I will never deal with Lowe’s again as they blatantly lied and actually put it in writing. This is January 2026 and I have been dealing with this situation since April 2025

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
