I called this Extra Space location and spoke to Benjamin and he advised his facility didn't have any. He then offered to call the other Downingtown area locations to see if he could locate any… He went above and beyond because the local locations were out so he sent out an email to the West Chester locations and when one of them responded that they had 2 boxes available he called me and let me know and I was able to run out and get them before they closed… It is the extra effort that counts when you are trying to get things done and just keep hitting a wall!! Upon contacting him to thank him he is going to be ordering some more wardrobe boxes so they will have them to continue packing my clothes and other items!!

I like that he is able to answer, literally, any question I have about the facility. He has also been helpful with providing me options when I've had to extend or change my storage needs.
