The reason we picked Lowes was other places said they could not get one to us for three to four weeks. On tge sixth they sent a text confirming the delivery date. After that nothing until we checked the status that said delivery would not be until the 22nd. When we tried to call and were connected to the delivery department he had no answer as to why we weren’t notified and quickly transferred us to someone else who never answered. The dishwasher is paid for so we are stuck. Terrible customer service. Unless something or someone changes my mind this will be my last purchase at Lowe’s. And I will spread the word.

Now I can’t make any plans because of these people! Never again will I buy anything from this store. Home Depot is far superior. We purchased a dishwasher which was supposed to be delivered and installed tomorrow but then they rescheduled it because the technician from Mega Plumbing Corp called off. I find it amazing that they have no one else available, but here we are. We purposely scheduled it for a Saturday because of my husband’s and my work schedule so now we have to wait two more weeks to get it installed. Hire your own people Lowe’s. Your third party contractors are terrible.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
