- TYTanya Yu1 day ago1.0I had a terrible experience with the store: the order was sent to the wrong address. Due to delivery confirmation picture the driver left it in a public parking lot outside my community, that 5 minutes drive from my house. After five (5!!!) calls to customer service including today's, the issue remains unresolved. I haven't received my refund. And yes- all another stores and companies make it right to my house, it's not hard to find correct address, community hasn't gates.

- JKJohn KennedyFeb 4, 20261.0I purchased a Delta shower mixer that failed less than 3 months after installation. The part costs $65 and they are supposed to last 10 or 15 years. It started leaking so I took it back. Walked in to returns. I didn't have the packaging because it was 3 months ago. Rude and apparently untrained return person lied and said returns were not allowed without packaging. I had the original card that I used to purchase (and I have the Lowe's item and part number). They can search using the card. Manager came out, said nothing could be done. I don't care about the money- keep it. But the returns staff and the manager should get some training on how to be (at least) professional to customers. No need to be rude and nasty. Never be back. Go elsewhere.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
