  I visited this location looking for a journal and had a very frustrating experience. The store is difficult to navigate — aisle signage is small and there’s no clear organization to categories. I asked three different employees where journals were located and was directed to three different areas (paper, art, and seasonal). None of those areas had journals, and there was no staff available on the floor to assist further. While checking out with a different item (enamel house numbers marked 50% off), the discount did not ring up correctly. I had to request a price check, and initially was told the sale was only 40% off. I then had to physically walk staff to the sign to receive the correct advertised price. If I hadn’t been paying attention, I would have been charged full price at checkout. Deceptive much??? Customers shouldn’t have to double-check advertised pricing or ask for manager involvement to avoid overpaying. Between the lack of product knowledge, no help available on the sales floor, inconsistent directions, and incorrect sale pricing; the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. I won’t be returning.

  Everything is nice and good but a little pricey that's all, if you can pay for a sofa pillow $34.00 dollars while in Burlington you can get it is $12.00 ? Is ok with me, but yes, is a good place for home things.
