This location double charged me for SIX MONTHS and then had the audacity to raise my rent by $90 per month after I had already paid four months in full, with no notice, no agreement, and no acknowledgment. Just quietly took the money and hoped I wouldn’t notice. When I called to ask about the very obvious duplicate charges — (literally in billing shows the month and the charge and the again month and charge complete with separate confirmation numbers — the woman on the phone flat-out denied it, claiming I was “told” it was a four-month promotion (which I signed up online) and insisting I wasn’t double charged. That is simply false. Anyone with eyes can see two charges for the same months. The screenshots don’t lie. When I calmly asked for clarification and help, I was cut off mid-sentence and put on hold. When she returned, I asked a very basic, human question: Doesn’t it look wrong when you see double charges with confirmation numbers? Her response was to get nasty, put me on hold again, and never come back. Look at my attached photo and tell me that doesn't look wrong to you... I have only ONE storage space... What's going on here? I called back — and the phone was left off the hook. No answer. No way to reach corporate, because all calls route directly to the store. So apparently, if this location decides to ignore you, you’re just out of luck. This is not a billing “mistake.” This is incompetence paired with outright disrespect. The lack of accountability, the rudeness, and the deliberate avoidance afterward are stunning. If you value your money, your time, or basic professional treatment, avoid this location entirely. I’ve never experienced customer service this dishonest and hostile from a national company.
