I was told if you do not use the warranty you will get 30% back. Just called and they said you only have 60 days and it has been a little over that. Not six months not a year. I don't remember hearing that and it was not on the receipt which I still have. I also helped my mother purchase a washing machine there a couple months ago. They claimed free delivery but that was only after you spent so much and she did not. We decided to have them deliver it and pay the $39 for delivery they quoted. Then we were informed it would be another $50 for them to remove and haul away the old machine. The extra fees just kept adding up. I said I would remove it as I will get paid for it at the scrap yard. They said she could apply for a Lowe's card and save about $100. We thought great why not and just pay it off when the bill comes. After a long wait and filling everything out, my mother got denied. She has over an 800 credit score and absolutely zero debt plus good income. I even went right home and checked her credit report to be sure there were no issues that we did not know about. Lowe's WAS a great place to buy from but now try to nickel and dime you. Shop around elsewhere before buying and get the actual end prices. READ THEIR FINE PRINT ALSO! Nothing free and they try to stick it to you numerous different ways.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
