    We came in to buy 10 feet of rope. First, the teenager who came to help us couldn't figure out how to use a tape measure—he tried to measure from the middle of the rope to the end! Then another guy came to cut the rope. Unfortunately, he didn't cauterize the end of the strands correctly, so a foot of rope unraveled at the end as soon as he handed it to us. So, after 20 minutes of waiting for "help," we walked out empty-handed.

    I bought a washer and dryer months ago. Was pressured into a credit card (lied to that it would save me money and didn't). I had to return the appliances because they were installed wrong and lowes would not work to fix the problem. Months later being taken to collections, and my credit attacked, for a 14 dollar activation charge. For a credit card I didn't want. For appliances improperly installed, that I no longer own, and had to go through the hassle of buying from someone else. Lowes. What. Is. Wrong. With. You. How do you run a business like this. Pathetic.

    It took them a month and a half (and counting) to deliver and install a washing machine. I’ve already wasted 4 work days at home for when they were supposed to already deliver it. To which there was no communication throughout the day of whether or not they were actually coming. I would not recommend this service.

    I was really disappointed with my recent carpet purchase process. First, it took a long time to actually place an order because I had to wait for someone to contact me via email- I could not do it at the store. Then, my sample that I chose was gone a week after I ordered the carpet so I could not match paint. Associates offered no solution. I asked if I could get the sample in another store. An associate contacted me to say that she would deliver the sample from Butler to the Cranberry location that day. When I went to the store 2 days later, she had not delivered it. I never got the sample. After I ordered the carpet, the process went to the installers. Once that happened, the store completely washed their hands of it and was no help at all if I had questions. The installation company delayed for many weeks- each time I had an update it was pushed back another week. I finally got a confirmation of delivery only to be told that I owed more money because they would need more installers- I refused to pay more as I already signed a contract. They finally agreed to "pick up the extra cost". I did finally get my carpet installed, but I will never use Lowes again as the process was not smooth at all and no one was accountable for anything. Very disappointed.
