However, the landscaping department, particularly Rick, the owner, are condescending and difficult to work with. It is clear that providing customer service on this side of the company is a terrible inconvenience. Questions about products or cost? Be sure to have the patience needed to pry that information out as each inquiry is like pulling teeth. Pricing and service is nowhere on par with tolerating such poor attitudes from this specific landscaping employee.
