  I had a great experience at Raymour & Flanigan in Collegeville purchasing two mattresses and several other pieces of furniture. Our salesperson Michelle Knight was incredibly helpful, kind, and communicative throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us compare options without any pressure, and made sure we felt confident in our choices. From the initial shopping experience to coordinating the order, everything was smooth and well organized. I really appreciated how responsive and thoughtful she was!

  the salesperson Christina was very patient. She also is very knowledgeable about the product and the way the system works for Raymour. The problem I had is with the companies stock position. My first choice was not available as it was out of stock. Look this is a reflection of your buyer in this category of not anticipating the sell thru on this product. I was told how many customers were waiting for the product and it did not simply become a hot seller over night. There is a history to these things. It was disappointing in that regard. I am sure I will like my second choice, but come on guys interpret your sell thru better.

  We had a wonderful experience with Michelle Knight at this R&F location! We came in looking for a glider for our nursery and Michelle did a great job at assisting us with finding the best option that worked for our space. The delivery experience was fantastic as well - the workers were extremely nice, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking new furniture, especially first-time parents looking for nursery furniture.

  Sandy Pinkavitch was our sales associate at Raymour and Flanigan in Collegeville. She was fabulous helping us find our perfect fit mattress. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the features of each and every mattress and very pleasant to deal with. She was extremely transparent about pricing. She never pressured us which was huge for someone who needs to process things through. We would highly recommend her.
