- JDJennifer DupreNov 15, 20252.0Long-standing customer. I purchased an expensive queen mattress. Initial delivery was cancelled because they did not have it at the warehouse. Rescheduled for following weekend. I waited all afternoon and they did not show nor did they call to let me know. I then called the store and no one called me back. I called again and it was then rescheduled for Sunday morning and I was told around 8. They arrived around 10 and the mattress was dirty. The box spring is smaller than the mattress and the mattress slides all over it. They asked me if I purchased the floor model. I told them no. They said that they would take pictures and someone from the store would reach out to me. Here we are a week later and no one has reached out. This experience has been very unprofessional and beyond disappointing.
