Highly recommend.

I started renting in September 2025, and after quick rent increases, I’m now paying $80/month for a Small 5’ x 5’ Drive-Up unit that’s currently advertised online for $13/month. There’s also a required monthly insurance charge added on. I recommend reading the fine print carefully and expecting potential increases. Also, physically check your unit before committing — mine has an electrical box and piping that take up about 25% of the space. Good property and staff, just be aware of the pricing structure before signing.
