- LLLinda LewisDec 1, 20255.0I had an emergency situation with my 60+ ft tree starting to lean with the roots coming up out the ground. The position of the tree was aiming at my neighbor’s yard, not a clear cut way it was positioned. So in panic mode, Friday night I posted for recommendations in the Nextdoor app I had lots of referrals. Marvin reached out to me last night. and said he could come “today”. It was 8:00pm and I said “you mean tomorrow right?” He said no, that he could be at my house within 30 minutes and no worries he has a strong flashlight. He arrived, took a look at the tree and we discussed his strategy and price. He said could do it this week possibly the next day, today on Monday afternoon. And sure enough, he was at my house today along with his tree climber… they and my neighbor had to do so quick thinking midway. Temporarily taking down a small section of my chainlink fence. But they got it done and in the same day. Not sure if anyone has ever watched a tree removal before, as I peeked out my window watching them off and on while I was working remotely. The skills of precision was fascinating to see. Pure professionals. Marvin and his tree climber (I apologize for not knowing his name) were Angels sent to me. I can’t thank them enough for responding to the urgency of this tree about to collapse and potentially damage my neighbors property. They were friendly, professional, explained in detail about the process. Marvin just went over and above. Cleaned and trimmed soft bushes. I highly recommend ABB tree Services, a pleasure to work with. Thanks again.
