I honestly dont like to do these things but for the prices Lowes charges, their customer service should be top tier.
Clearfield Lowes is a joke from a contractor side of it. The 2 leads (Les and not sure the girls name) at the Pro Desk do nothing but pretend to be doing something. And the others over there on the Pro side just run and hide when they see a large order come to the register so when asked if you can get help loading, theyre too busy.
As a contractor, i highly recommend taking your business with Clearfield Lowes elsewhere.
And yes, this has happened to me on many occasions, not just today.
