Female Lowe's employee at the area barely looked up as I passed. She was surfing on her private phone with store phone right next to it. I checked out. This employee made no attempt at customer service but yet that is her job. I've been going to Lowe's for years. As a combat veteran I've supported them since they offer veterans a small but very nice discount. I will start paying more at local store where they appreciate the money I spend. This is what's wrong with all stores these days, customer service is no longer. Pull the video 11/23/25. 9:38am.
