I stopped by to learn more about hot tubs (we’re seriously considering one for our backyard), and Drew took the time to walk me through everything—different brands, features like jets and covers, energy efficiency, maintenance tips, and what would actually fit our space and lifestyle. No pushy sales vibe at all; he was patient, super knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, answering all my questions like a true expert. It’s clear he really knows his stuff and cares about helping people make informed decisions. Flohr Pools has a great selection and friendly team overall, but Drew’s expertise made the visit stand out big time. If you’re researching hot tubs or just want solid advice, definitely ask for Drew—you’ll be glad you did! 5 stars!

He helped us find the perfect chemicals for our hot tub to make sure the ph levels were balanced. I will definitely return over the summer to look for a family pool!
