Decided to use them again for 2 more windows. The owner took measurements & said that it may take several weeks. After a month, we did not hear from them & called the owner. He said that they were back ordered & should arrive in a week. Now, it is 2 months later and no return call. Meanwhile, our old blinds keep falling down and we don't know the status of our order. The owner can at least be courteous and let us know if he's unable to get them. Luckily, they did not collect money up front, but I would not recommend this company.
