I would have given 5 stars but there was an unanticipated delay once the blinds were ordered and I had to follow up a few times by phone to find out when they were going to be installed. 5 or 6 weeks for 3 blinds seemed like a long time when I was initially told about 3 weeks.

That must be nice. Why did they schedule an appointment on a Monday then? Why didn't they call us? They claim they didn't know Mike doesn't work on Monday. They claimed to call us. When I asked what number, they said they called the caller ID number, the general switchboard of the company I work at. Good luck with that!!! Their people totally disregarded the actual phone number I gave them. To top it off, Mike doesn't even try to call us. Thanks for ruining our day with your incompetence. We waited in anticipation of having a fun time picking blinds. What we got was probably good, as it likely foreshadows how this company does business. If you can't even keep an appointment, or call properly to cancel, why should we trust you with our hard earned money? There are plenty of businesses that are in this line of work. Step one of building trust----do what you say you will do. This company doesn't.
