  Erin provides excellent customer service and worked with us to lease two units. But the facility itself is not that great. Both units we had were dirty, the hallway was dirty (someone had something liquid in their unit that leaked under the door so the floor was wet) and the smoke alarm chirped the entire two months we rented. One of my units was handicapped accessible and the light didn’t work. I asked for the light to be looked at and they couldn’t look at it until right before we moved out. Units should be inspected prior to move-in. The parking spaces, including the handicapped space outside my building were covered in loose gravel and it made moving things & pushing the cart difficult. The gravel was isolated to that area and could have been cleaned up by the grounds people easily.

  Saw Brodhead Mini Storage online was located conviently and called office. Prices were good, staff was friendly and we couldnt have asked for more.

  Had my stuff in there one year mold on must of it and musty smell on everything they said that's normal it just sold off
