- AAAnthonySep 10, 20252.0Customer service is poor. 2 people standing at the front having a good time. Im over at the pickup kiosk and it doesn't read my barcode. Theres a button next to it but isn't noticeable enough to say press for assistance. No one near the area. Finally someone at the returns desk however there is now a customer in front of me taking longer than they should. The the returns person goes over and shows me the button to press that is written in arabic symbols or something and tucked away, the sign says press for assistance. After pressing the button one of the 2 at the front of the store having a good time comes over with a scanner. Had to use the restroom while waiting for the guy to bring the appliance up and dropped my phone because the main aisle isn't wide enough for the store associate with his cart and myself trying to pass each other. The guy fetching my appliance was the best part of my experience at this store. If you're going to have all those associates in the store make them make themselves available to the customer. Not all of us have leisure time.

When I called to see if they could come out and fix it they said No to call whirlpool. I have a Three year warranty on the refrigerator. So as everyone's moving stuff into a new home, we didn't even have a refrigerator to give them cool drinks. This is very upsetting. Nothing.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
