    I stopped in for plumber putty and a kitchen faucet and Zach at the front register was super helpful . He directed us exactly to both items and was very friendly . Thank you Zach for your help!

    It took me over 1 month to get a toilet installed. The associate entered the wrong phone number which set off a series of events that took talking to 5 different managers each telling me something different. First customer service was very rude on my first call. First manager gave me the number for the wrong installer to call. Next manager told me they didn’t have a phone number of the toilet installer to call but could email some mysterious person. They said they corrected my phone number and also put it in this email. Talked to 2 other managers basically telling me the same thing thing. Went back to the second manager, I finally found out that the installer marked the job complete 8 days after I made the purchase but somehow didn’t pick up the toilet until 5 days later. That was interesting they did an install that never happened without the toilet. I went to the store to ensure that my phone number was indeed correct. It was on the computer screen so I assumed it was fixed. Still didn’t get a call from an installer. I called and talked to the 5th manager who told me they actually have a phone number for the installer and has no idea why the previous managers told me there was no phone number. Supposedly he called and got everything straightened out. No he didn’t. I had to call the store again this time I talked to someone at the Pro Desk who told me everyone else handled me incorrectly. He gave me a phone number to call. The lady was extraordinarily helpful. Guess what?? The installer still didn’t have the right phone number! She fixed the phone number for me set up for an installation for today however the installer did not have my toilet that was supposedly picked up 2 weeks ago. There is a tall elongated American Standard toilet out there somewhere homeless. Anyway she arranged for another to be picked up. However I get a text from Lowe’s the next day telling me that the installation appointment is for a week later than I was originally told. So I called the nice lady who was so helpful. Turns out my appointment was still for today but for some unknown reason Lowe’s opened another job to have another toilet installed at my house. Long story not short. I finally have my toilet 4 weeks, 1 day, 5 managers, guy at the Pro Desk, helpful woman on the 1-888 line later!! DO NOT GO to Lowe’s in Carnegie to purchase and have anything installed!

    Not the best checkout experience, why give me the choice to have the receipt emailed, if the cashier is just going to hit a button to bypass it? 2nd time in my last 2 visits. Cashier was indifferent to fixing my issue.
