    Not the best checkout experience, why give me the choice to have the receipt emailed, if the cashier is just going to hit a button to bypass it? 2nd time in my last 2 visits. Cashier was indifferent to fixing my issue.

    We ordered a washer and dryer for delivery and installation. On Tuesday, the scheduled delivery day, the delivery driver called to say he was on his way, but never arrived. Nearly three hours later, I called the number back multiple times and the driver repeatedly hung up. The delivery ultimately did not occur, and when we contacted Lowe’s, we were told it would not be coming and would need to be rescheduled to Saturday. The same issue occurred again, this time without any call from the delivery driver. After contacting Lowe’s after the delivery window, we were told the delivery would once again need to be rescheduled. As a result, we now have to be home for an additional four-hour delivery window on another weekday. This has been a significant disruption to our daily lives and schedules. At this point, we are hoping the washer and dryer will finally be delivered and installed 13 days after purchase, without yet another rescheduling. We are very disappointed with our experience so far.

    I have been shopping at this store for months now purchasing items for my new home. All has been great except for one hiccup. I'll say this, if you need a manager ask for Crissy. She was very helpful in a professional caring way. She knows how to talk to frustrated customers

    This location has a great staff of employees. I was in and worked with Torren and Justin on a flooring project. Unfortunately when I got home I realized the flooring was flawed. I called back and a spoke with Justin. He advised me to speak with an associated manager which ended up being Zack. He told me to bring the flooring back and Torren handled the exchange. They compensated me for the inconvenience and helped me load everything back into my vehicle. When I tried to fill out the survey to give these gentleman all a 10, I had missed the cutoff date by a few days. Because I feel good customer service is extremely rare today, I wanted to speak with their manager to make sure these gentleman were given credit for doing a great job. When I called the location I spoke with Jason, another very polite gentleman. He assured me he would send an email along making sure everyone received the credit they deserved. I would highly recommend this location and their excellent customer service!
