Went to Lowe’s last night and bought a bunch of things. When we got home I realized we were missing a bag containing small items. I called up Lowe’s and spoke a young man. He looked and said he was unable to locate it in the store. I explained that it probably was still in the buggy in the parking lot and there wasn’t very many carts out there. He seemed reluctant to go out to look for it and took my name and number in case he found it. We drove the 17 miles back today and of course the bag wasn’t there. It saddens me that he or someone else could have made a short trip out there to retrieve it. The store wasn’t very busy being Sat night and going the extra mile would have meant so much to this loyal customer. As is I ended up buying the same thing twice.

A few days ago I purchased laminate flooring from Butler Lowe’s. I had to help the employee through the entire process. I don’t mind helping but multiple other employees walked right by us, two even walked over the flooring when myself and the employee were rolling it (which I wasn’t very happy my new flooring was being rolled on the dirty concrete floor… last time I purchased laminate flooring the machine that cut it rolled it). Probably the worst customer service/experience I’ve had at a store, every employee treats you like a pain when you ask for help or ask a question. I would advise anyone reading this to take your business elsewhere.

Bought a refrigerator there. Delivery personal was rude. Just brought in appliance and left. Said they didn't know how to hook up the ice maker. Been trying for 3 days to get help with the icemaker. Just get the run around. Called samsung and they were no help. They told me to call lowes. Called lowes for the 3rd day and got told to call samsung.
