Lowe’s third-party delivery is the most horrible drivers. Their customer service is horrid. Their drivers are horrid and can’t do their job. They don’t even know how to do their job. I would recommend not to buy any appliances from Lowe’s in the north.

We went here to get a bolt 🔩 for a Snowblower that had burres in it.
The parking lot was Very easy to park in.
The main store wasn't packed at all so finding what we needed was a breeze to get. We where in and out in about 10 minutes top's.

I was in desperate need of things. The man in the lighting department helped me so much, but didn't catch his name. But Owen and Darrin in hardware were a lifesaver on this snowy new years day. I had snapped the handle on my snow squeegee broom thing, and was distraught. They found me exactly what I needed. And Owen I thing ran laps thru the store to find the right part. All three of these men were incredible, wonderful people. Happy New Year to them l, and thank you for working on the holiday. Good job!!!

A dusting of snow is too much for them to deliver a fridge on a clear side walk and they will take photos of snow in the yard instead. So an elderly couple who's fridge went out will have to wait another 2 days for them to maybe deliver.
All they did was stop, sit in the truck, take a photo of the yard where a car was parked (to be out of their way i might add), leave, and take the appliance back to Pittsburgh so I cant even go pick it up for them at this warehouse.
No one else should get delivery today either. It is actively snowing fluffy snow. The side walk has been shoveled clear as you can see. Lazy workers and terrible service as well.

DO NOT order appliances from lowe's for delivery. They contract a terrible company for delivery and Lowe's customer service is horrid. They sent the Hub group to deliver my dryer. The guy backed into a swampy field beside my driveway. Then they claimed they "got stuck in my driveway." No, they got stuck in a huge ditch because they couldn't drive. They came into my yard and took lumber and were putting it under the back tire of the truck. They also grabbed a downed tree and tried the same thing. They asked if I had anything to help. I had a snow shovel, so I gave it to them but that wasn't going to help. They weren't talking to me, so I came back inside because I was of no help. They never said anything else to me. They didn't tell me what was going on nor did they bring my dryer in. I assumed they called for a tow because that was the only thing that made sense. They sat in their truck for 3 hours. At no point did they bring my dryer in! I saw a tow truck come and was relieved that finally I would get my dryer and be done with it. Nope. They got pulled out and LEFT! I called the guy because I had his number from him calling to tell me they would be at my place in an hour that morning. (It was 2 hours btw). I asked if they were coming back. He said, "no, you have to reschedule. " I told him absolute not! He said, "well we got stuck in your driveway, so you need to reschedule." I told him he absolutely didn't get anywhere near my driveway. I shoveled 1/3 of my driveway the night before because I was afraid the plow wouldn't come in time. At 5am, I got up to finish but the plow had come. Everything was clear. He said they would only leave it at the end of my driveway. I was so upset that I said fine. They left it talking crap about me the entire time. I was on the phone with lowe's delivery at the time and the "lady" said, "they have every right to reschedule if your driveway is inaccessible. " She could not understand that my driveway was not inaccessible. She was awful. I called back and got a different rep. They wouldn't refund my delivery fee, so I told him to come back and get it. My driveway is extremely long and I couldn't physically get it inside. He scheduled pickup for December 10th. It was 12-3! I told him it would be rained and snowed on for 7 days and probably get stolen sitting at the end of my driveway? He said, "That isn't your responsibility. " But he was sending a ticket to the local store to schedule an earlier pick up. Someone would call me in 24 hours. And someone else would call about the property damage from the truck in 72 hours. No one ever called. 12-10, the dryer disappeared. I called 12-12 to ask when I would be refunded. This rep, Cara, was the only one I spoke to throughout this whole thing that was kind and knowledgeable. She apologized and said the previous rep was obviously new and hadn't sent the tickets to the right places, but she was sending new ones. The next morning I had a voice-mail from the rudest woman at the lowe's delivery saying, "there is no refund because there is no dryer. You requested it be left." No name, no call back number, no apologies! They claim they didn't pick up the dryer! BS! I called several more times and no one will do anything. The one lady said the dryer was obviously stolen, so it's a police/insurance issue at this point. NO IT ISN'T. You're telling me that the dryer was stolen 7 days after it sat out there on the date it was scheduled to be picked up!? BS. They're just being ignorant. And I still haven't been contacted about the property damage! They put a huge rut in and crushed the drainage pipe under my driveway. That needs replaced now and it's several thousand dollars.
The company contracted to deliver now has several bad reviews. All for lowe's appliance delivery. Stay away, kids. You won't get what you paid for, you won't get help from lowe's and it will cost you in the end.
