- AEAmanda ErinJul 2, 20255.0My husband and I desperately needed a refrigerator, ours died and we were about to lose a lot of food. We went to all the big box stores in Butler. I.e Lowe's ( AWFUL EXPERIENCE) Home depot and rent a center ( waaay over priced) and we came here to Aaron's about out of hope and saw they had a pre-owned and ready to go room. The big boss was not in this day but a lovely woman named Willow was and she was AMAZING she did everything in her power to give us what we came for,even called her boss at home for us to get us a great deal on a pre owned Samsung refrigerator thats pretty much brand new at an amazing price! Her and her boss are awesome and we HIGHLY recommend this place!

The girls that work the front desk are great, but the sales manager and gm manager could learn from them . As the sales manager I asked about a washer and he lied about it after you rent something and you call them out on it you get attitude and talked to like your not smart enough. After I pay this off I will definitely go somewhere else. Bring a friend with you or read about what your going to get if you want the truth

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
