    Have called 3 times since my last review. Even called the 800 number that I was told to call and they just forwarded me back too The losing Brookhaven. My issue has not been resolved since summer, I am out over $100 and countless hours trying to get this situated. Stay away from this store at all costs.

    I thought they got paid more and were suppose to be better employees than home depot. They seemed angered if you asked where something was and the others didn't know anything. Meanwhile I have to be pitched in harassed by someone trying to sell a gutter cleaning service. I'll just travel further to depot

    This is a review of their customer service, in particular two staff, Michael and Jo-Jo on 12/21/25. They were awesome, helpful, and friendly when we went to purchase 9ft of vinyl flooring. They spent great care trying to make sure the flooring was even and not creased. Michael then helped us load, unload, and rethink how a 12ft long roll would fit in our car. They both went the extra mile and it was greatly appreciated!

    I returned a few items during the summer, My card was swiped but when I got home none of the items showed as going back on my credit card. In the last five or six months I've called 7 or 8 times and probably wasted a good 4+ hours of my time trying to get this resolved. Every time I call it's the same thing, I speak to someone who takes all the information down of what happened and I spend a good 20 or 30 minutes on the phone. I've spoken to everyone imaginable including the person who reviews the camera footage and every time it's the same thing, I'm told someone will get back to you tomorrow. Not one time has someone gotten back to me the next day. I've done everything possible for them including giving them a list of every item that was returned and how much they cost. It's only a small amount around $100-150 but the amount of time and frustration spent dealing with this makes the situation a thousand times worse. At this point I have no other option but to take legal action to get my money back. I've left my information so many times so don't even think about leaving a generic response to my message telling me to contact the store to get this taken care of because we all know that we'll get you nowhere. **Update. I have called twice more since this review and also called the 800 number like I was told to in my reply and was just forwarded back to the main store where once again I was told I would be called back and of course never was

    My service was not bad, but the plants I ordered from Lowe’s all are knat infested and have root rot. I have replanted them. I’ve rinsed and clean the roots. I’ve tried everything but because they were not taken care of at the store and I brought them home with knat infestation and root rot. I couldn’t get them back to life. I never had this issue buying from Home Depot, which is a little more expensive but well worth it. I went the cheaper route and went with Lowe’s and my plants only lasted a few weeks. They are all dead soggy with root rot!!!! BEWARE**** Do not buy plants from Lowes spend the extra money go to Home Depot or somewhere else I wasted my money will never ever buy a plant from there again!!!
