Went to pick up an order I did online. It was quick easy and the girls had the pick up counter were standing very friendly and polite and very helpful. They teach them people at Home Depot how to treat customers thank you Lowe’s and thank them young ladies.

Do NOT EVER purchase a door from this store. We ordered and paid to get a new door installed at the beginning of August. The installer wasn't able to come out until the end of September. When the installer came out, he removed and discarded my old door. Then he realized that ALL of the installation hardware was missing from the new door. We spent WEEKS trying to work with "corporate" to get the issue resolved. But nothing ever got done. We went back to the store and they said they they were completely unaware of the issue and had never heard anything from corporate. So they had to order a new door. But again somehow that got delayed multiple times as well. We were just told that now the door won't be installed until the END of DECEMBER!!!! I'm left with NO door on my home for four months! Lowe's doesn't care at all. No apologies, nothing to make things right. All we keep getting is "we don't know what happened" and "we'll give you another call next week" which they never do.
Don't EVER get anything installed by Lowe's. They are horrible. I completely regret using them and now I'm stuck waiting in limbo and waiting without a door in winter!
