We told the technician on more than one occasion that we were having these problems. It’s been almost a year and we still have had the same problems. So I went out and bought a product labeled for ants and spiders from Home Depot. Funny that after I applied it one time, I have no more problems. The first few applications they did not do the back of the house. So I canceled the service and they sent me a bill for the remainder of the year. This company’s customer service is terrible. I paid the invoice for the remainder of the year and I am filing a complaint with the BBB.
