Ken had everything my father needed to get the lock working again! My father returned a second time with two more locks, and he was able to help him out again. Ken was reasonable, reliable, and overall great -- if you have any lock issues please give Ken a call first.

Ken was busy and not able to make it to us for several hours, however the receptionist that answered the phone was extremely knowledgeable and gave me clear directions on how to disassemble the lock and fix the issue myself. Very friendly and willing to help me even by preventing a service call which resulted in no bill. I am sure to give them my business in the future.
