  We recently bought a house with a pool. My first pool I have ever had to deal with, so needless to say I had no clue what I was doing. Our in ground pool hasn’t been opened in 4 years, so we uncovered it in the beginning of April to start evaluating it, to our surprise it’s only algae sitting on the bottom. I went to see Artesian and get some supplies and ask for advice. Jim and another associate helped me rebuild a leaking plumbing issue, set it up on the counter for me and showed me exactly what to do. It was perfect. Then I had some other green issues and spoke with Jim. Went in, got the things I needed and advice on how much how long and in what order. It’s was so appreciated. Everyone here was so nice and informative, the big boss was so sweet to me and helpful, she was very kind!

  Very easy, no pressure shopping experience. Once i completed the purchase with Wade the tub was delivered a week later. The crew that made the delivery was extremely professional and polite. I recommend a purchase from them anytime !!
