I was charged for an item I NEVER picked up. I was charged on the 8th of March and told someone I didn’t come and pick up an item and they said don’t worry we will refund you. We understand. Someone must have completed it on your behalf here at the store to get it off their list of orders. Well I called March 12th and explained the situation again and asked for a refund. Since I’m not paying for an item that is not in my possession. They tell me they’ll give me a refund and the manager was working on it. Then today, I call again. This is the 3rd time, now they changed their tune and said “oh well since it’s completed you got charged”. I said how are you charging me for something I never picked up…? I said did you even look at a drivers license of someone if you’re claiming someone picked it up? She said oh we don’t know that. I said this is YOUR fault you completed an order that I never physically picked up because I was in a different state. So they tell me contact your credit card company cause we can’t help you. Absolutely ridiculous. HORRIBLE customer service. How they feel comfortable charging a customer for something they don’t physically have in their possession is beyond me.

Nice customer service employees. However, they told me on the phone I could come in to warranty a kobalt battery. When arriving they then told me I need to call kobalt. Waste of my time.
