So they gave me a gift card for that and said it would be delivered the next day instead. So the next morning at 8am i got a text that my order was on the way. Then 3 seconds later i got a text saying my order was cancelled. When i called to fond out why they said that no same day delivery drivers were available. Would not recommend Lowe’s at all. Especially this location. Go to home depot. They have better prices and don’t lie to you.

I was double charged on parts. Joe refused to to honor the discount 25%. He never apologized or try to make us happy. I canceled the order of 2,500 which only should of been 2,000. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Check your receipts carefully. They lost my business. Shame on you for trying to overcharge and rip people off.

Then he lied . Stated he don't take call but would call back. No message are available. Weast of time, they hung up on me. ( 3 days _ 4 hours_ 4 Store salesmen and the manger - Joe ) to order a MAYTAG washer & dryer. They over charge us $250. Wrong dryer. Forgot items. Added duplicates and charged us. They told us it would be $1,600, then ,$2,100, then charged us $2,500 Joe the manager stated he wouldn't give us a discount after 3 days of trying to correct the order and price. He never confronted the employees for wasting our time and stressing us out for 3 days. Joe would not honer the 25% bundle discount. He never even apologized. We canceled the order.
