- ARaustin ritzMar 11, 20263.0Easily the worst lowes in the area, it's relatively well stocked but don't expect to get any level of service. Hard to find anyone in the departments and people on the front end are equally useless. I dont want to deal with this pro desk again either. And if you place an online order, hope they don't pull it from this store. Wasted several hours trying to find out why my online order wasn't delivered. Other parts of the order were sourced from different stores and they all showed up without issue. Ive had much better luck with West Mifflin, they actually answer their phone, people in the store are helpful and the pro desk is better as well.

I arranged for the local store to pick them up, also problematic. I had detailed everything that needed picking up so it was obvious a fork lift was necessary. The driver arrived in a little rented truck with no fork lift and couldn't take anything. It was rescheduled 2 more times. I can't get an answer as to how much we are getting credited or if the credit reduces our monthly payment. I've called this store 4 times. When I do speak to a human they can't answer my questions and say they will call me back but that calls comes. The assistant manager doesn't answer the phone and doesn't have voicemail. The fence itself is very good, the installers did a great job.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
